Meeting Reflection
Meeting is the best way to collaborate among team members. Meetings allow all members to set on a round table to discuss, solve and give ideas. To have effective meetings, organization should have regular meetings and immediate action plans to resolve related issues.
I had two meeting done with my group. The first practice meeting was about student success and the second graded meeting was about college enrollment. In both meetings I learnt well how to communicate, how to brainstorm and how to find, discuss ideas, find solutions and Action plans.
In the future meetings, it is best to run a meeting is to prepare agenda with some recommendation point that will be discussed on the meeting. So that way the chair can control the meeting and it will be much easier for meeting members to think and contribute to find solutions.
